How to prepare Keto Burger:
the components:
- 500g raw minced beef (you can use your favorite minced meat)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion scraps
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 4 pieces of keto burger buns
- Green leaves (such as lettuce or salad)
- Tomato slices (optional)
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Keto sauce (optional)
How to prepare
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, remaining chopped onion, minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Gently massage the ingredients until well combined.
- Add the egg to the mixture and mix well until evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into desired burger sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with a little healthy oil.
- Place the burger patties in the heated pan and turn them occasionally to brown evenly.
- Cook until the burgers are browned and cooked through to your liking.
- Meanwhile, brown the keto burger buns in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- After the burgers are cooked and the burger buns are browned, assemble the burgers by placing the green leaf on the burger bun, then placing the grilled burger on top.
- You can add tomato slices and cheese pieces to the burger as desired.
