Return period:

You can return or exchange the product within two days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returnable Products:

We only accept returns if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, and it must be reported within two days of receiving the order.

substitution:

The product can be exchanged within two days from the date of receipt, for the same value or another product, provided that there is a defect or damage in the product received.

Shipping cost:

We only cover the shipping cost if there is an error on our part or the product arrives damaged.

In other cases, the customer bears the shipping cost.

Unavailable Products:

If the product is not available after payment, the amount paid will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours.
